Service Description

Between the bustle of family gatherings and holiday shopping, this all- levels slow flow yoga class will help balance the stresses of holiday travel and the physical effects of Thanksgiving feasts. Move at your own pace. You can “burn off the bird” with higher intensity options or de-stress with gentler options. The physical part of the practice is approximately 50-60 minutes. The remaining time will be spent on breath work and meditation to center, restore balance, and cultivate gratitude. Each paid registration includes one free beer. Amery Ale Works will open at noon so stay and enjoy a beer after class. Additional beverages and menu items available for purchase.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment or registration, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments or registrations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
