Welcome to Yoga in the Valley! I am Tracy Hovde: BCTMB, LMT, ERYT200, RYT500, YACEP. I have been a practicing massage therapist since 2002 and yoga instructor since 2004. My intention is to provide a safe, peaceful, and comfortable environment for my clients. I offer a variety of services including; yoga classes, massage, workshops, retreats, and private sessions from Prairie Farm to Turtle Lake, Wisconsin.
