Winter Yoga/Ski Retreat

Join us for a wonderful winter get-away at Majestic Valley, Mile 114 Glenn Hwy. (1hour 15 minutes from Palmer).

The dinning room will be set up as our yoga studio, with its spectacular view overlooking Majestic Valley. Ski on 20k of groomed trails.

Schedule
Saturday:

• Yoga Class 10am-12:30
• Lunch
• Afternoon free for skiing or just relaxing.
• Restorative Yoga at 5 pm
• Dinner

Sunday

• Meditation-8:30 Optional
• Breakfast-9AM
• Morning Yoga-10AM
• Lunch-at noon
• Afternoon: you are welcome to ski and check out later

Couples are welcome. Please note whom you would like to room with, as all rooms are double occupancy. During the yoga classes I will touch on various Alexander techniques with regards to skiing. All yoga abilities are welcome, even your stiff partners. We will practice yoga with mindfulness, at our individual unique edge.
