Exploring the Sacred

Creative Work as Spiritual Practice

Saturday July 31, 2010, 9am-6pm

Have you wondered how to expand your mindfulness practice to the creative arts? Or have you wondered how to turn your creative process into a sacred practice? Come explore with us a mindfulness based approach to creativity through meditation, movement, writing, art, and a labyrinth walk.

This will be an experiential workshop where we explore freedom of expression and allow the sacred to flow through us and manifest itself in our creative work. We encourage openness, kindness, non-judgment, and generosity of spirit. Nourish your inner spirit and support others in doing the same.

Beginners are welcome and no prior experience is needed.
