Warrior 2 CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Beginners

This introductory class introduces the 4 basic movements in yoga: standing poses, forward bends, extensions, and twists. Breathing and alignment are emphasized.

General YOGA

For those who have taken Introduction to Yoga or have prior experience, this class is an enjoyable way to gain strength and flexibility. Find your calm center within, balancing body, mind and breath.

Level II YOGA

This class is appropriate for those with a minimum of one year yoga experience and an established home practice. Asanas include longer inversions, deeper backbends and more advanced poses.

Relaxation/Back Care Class

A gentle class for those with recurring back and neck pain, this class is suitable for beginners. Yoga helps stretch and strengthen the core muscles which support proper spinal alignment and relieve pain. Learn relaxation techniques to enhance a healthy back and lifestyle.

*Mindfulness YOGA Class

Class Fees
  • Drop Ins- $15.00
  • 5 Classes - $65.00. Good for 2 months
  • 10 Classes - $120.00. Good for 3 months
  • 10% discound for seniors over 60 years
  • Mindfulness Yoga- $300.00 early registration for the 8-week session includes all materials and 28 contact hours
